It’s been all systems go with the launch of our first ever Facebook Competition,  new additions to our Menu Boards,  recruiting new team members for our busy season ahead, sampling  new Tassie wines of the month as well as Managers Selection Wines for members of our VIP Club.

Still time to enter our exciting new Facebook Competition.  Simply click the link on the pinned post on our Elaia Facebook page and enter your details.  A $500 dinner and drinks voucher would make a great Christmas Party at Elaia or you could spread it out over 2018.  Your choice.

Tasmanian Wine of the Month

Winter Brook Tasmania Pinot Noir 45  elegant, Burgundy styled wine…. feminine, meaning rounder and smoother. The wine has cherry and red plums upfront and red peppers, cloves and spicy oak on the mid palate, resulting in a well-structured and balanced wine.

Winter Brook Tasmania Chardonnay  9 / 45 peach aromas on the nose and white stone fruits mixed with marzipan characteristics on the palate, resulting in a lengthy wine with a smooth mouthfeel. Maturation on French oak has added complexity and nice round tannins.
