Responsible Service Of Alcohol
All ELAIA team members are responsible servers of alcohol
ELAIA has the right to refuse service to any persons
ELAIA also reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any persons:
- who are not able to produce photographic identification
- who may appear to be intoxicated
- who displays behavior deemed inappropriate according to ELAIA management, table attendants and bar attendants
- who displays behaviour that is disruptive to other patrons of ELAIA
- Under the age of 18 with or without the accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian
As per Liquor Licensing Regulations, we are prohibited to sell alcohol after midnight. Please be aware that last drinks will be called at 11.30pm whereby the bar will be closed.
