Welcome to my first ever BLOG!  I am so excited and nervous at the same time!    It reminds of opening day of Elaia Café back in 1996.    You know that  feeling of embarking on something new and exciting and having absolutely no idea where it will take you.    Well after 18 years, Perry and I are still running Elaia Café and in the spirit of continuing the momentum of new and exciting, we are launching our Blog as well as offering all our customers the opportunity to be part of our Elaia Café Mailing List. 

Over the years, we have had heaps of requests for recipes, cooking tips and inspiration and now we are happy to part with our recipes and tips which will help you cook up a storm at home.
