Elaia Legends 2015

Meet our legendary Elaia Team for 2014.   As the year draws to a close, the time has come for some of them to move on and fulfil their lifelong ambitions.    You may already see them around as a nurse, teacher, architect,  horticulturalist,  PR & Marketing expert and perhaps there is a future diplomat in there as well.   

This generation of Elaia legends has seen us through a great year of growth,  learning, empathy and establishment of Values and a Workplace Culture that is unique to Elaia.   

As some will move on, they have paved the way, set the standard and raised the bar for the next generation of legends.

We are now recruiting Elaia Generation 2015. 

The successful applicants must have proven Barista, Sales, Hospitality and Leadership experience.    Must be able to commit to weeknights and weekends.   Must hold current Tasmanian RSA.

The successful applicants will undergo extensive training to become our core Front Of House Team for 2015.   Availabilities during December/January essential. 

This position will suit those who are completing studies in 2014 with the flexibility of working extra hours during 2015.
