Elaia Licensed Café is an established business that has been in operation for 20 years.  Our Kitchen operates from 7.30am to 8.00pm Monday to Saturday and 7.30am to 3.00pm Sunday. We offer a full A La Carte menu with takeaway wine and food as an option. The successful applicants must have proven Barista, Sales, Hospitality and Leadership experience. Must be self motivated and possess a commitment and passion for hospitality. Must be able to commit to weeknights and weekends. Must hold current Tasmanian RSA. The successful applicants will undergo our In-House Training and Induction to become our core Front Of House Team for 2016.
