Now Recruiting Team Elaia Generation 2020

Elaia is a unique little café with intimate inside dining and heated all year round covered outdoor seating.   We have had the pleasure and honour of servicing our guests since 1996 which gives us epic experience over the three decades.  As we enter into the fourth decade, we invite the next generation of Elaia Team to continue with the tradition of food and service culture Elaia is known and loved for.   And we’d love for you to bring your 2020 flair, skills, personality and charisma into Elaia.

We have the following positions available.

Qualified Chef.  Minimum 2 years qualified experience.  Availability and flexibility across all services.

Apprentice Chef 1st Year.  Availability and flexibility across all services.

Barista.  Minimum 2 years practical experience.  Full availability weekdays and weekends.  This position is days only. 

Front Of House Table Attendant.  Minimum 2 years practical relevant hospitality experience.  Availability across all services. 

We do have early starts and provide all day dining. Our nights aren’t too late so you can still manage work/life balance.   Our Trading Hours are 7.30am to 8.00pm Monday to Saturday and 7.30am to 3.00pm Sunday.  Busier shifts we do look after our guests and stay open a little later.
