The Chef's Brief Was Simple....

The Chefs Specials brief was simple. Festive. Summer. Colour. And boy did they deliver. You get a taste of summer with our black angus porterhouse, the festive spirit with our confit duck and the twice cooked pork belly with its refreshing salad and house made cranberry sauce will give you all three in one. Available only on our dinner menu with our elaia signature classics, you will no doubt visit us more than once to try them all. Dinner from 4.00pm Wednesday to Saturday. And guess what!
