INVITATION TO SILENT AUCTION of exhibition of dance photography

SILENT AUCTION DETAILS:

Where:  Elaia Café Restaurant, 240 Charles Street, Launceston

When:  Silent Bidding commences Thursday 26th July 2018 at 10.00am.   Concludes Tuesday 31st July at 6.00pm

How:  Bidding sheets will be provided at Elaia Café for each Artwork.   If you can’t make it in, online biddings will be accepted by email to bookings@elaia.com.au from which you will receive return email confirmation.  Phone biddings or Facebook post/message biddings will not be accepted.  Please provide full name, email address, contact number, amount of bid, name of artwork when bidding by email. 

Payments:  Successful bidders’ payments made direct to Elaia Café by EFTPOS or Cash.   A Tax Invoice for each artwork will be issued upon payment.   Collection of artwork may be made at Elaia Café Restaurant no later than 1st August midday.
