The Coffee Culture at Elaia has seen some changes over the last few months.  New machine, new blends of coffee and more recently new faces particularly that of our full time Barista Tiarna.  Hungry for a great opportunity Tiarna has thrown herself into the challenge of being Head Barista at Elaia and overseeing the training and operational side of all things coffee.  Tiarna is passionate and committed to providing exceptional coffee everytime.  Don't be fooled by the warm welcome and infectious smile, as there is some serious coffee business going on behind the machine.  If you're a take away coffee regular she'll by now know your name, what coffee you drink and know if you feel like a chat or when you want to hustle, get your coffee and get out of there.  She's totally gangsta and can smash through coffees and beverages for guests dining in as well as take away coffee orders.

Roast: Medium to Dark Roast
Aroma & Flavours:  Delivers a bold, strong, full-bodied and distinctive coffee that suits the genuine and traditional coffee lover who likes to kick start their day. Rich and creamy in the cup, very smooth and well rounded. It has a lingering very pleasant aftertaste, with hints of chocolate and nuts, and a sweetly floral aroma

Aroma: Nutty Caramel with hints of sweet berry

Flavours: Full bodied cocoa, soft berry and a citrus acidity

Finish: Sweet floral

We use the Colombian Single Origin for all long blacks, espressos, doppios
