Business As Usual With Our New Normal…

To all our loyal guests dine in and takeaway we thank you all for your support during these uncertain and challenging times.   We’ve been through a lot together over the years and have supported each other over a cup of coffee and glass of wine.  This is same same …. but different.   Whether you’re a dine in guest, takeaway coffee and food guest, supplier or member of our team we have increased and implemented the following procedures. 

  • All cleaning and disinfecting procedures have been ramped up

  • Cutlery and water glasses set to order for dine in guests

  • Salt And Pepper shakers to be given on request.  (Our food is so tasty you won’t need extra seasoning anyway)

  • Keep Cups no longer accepted until further notice

  • We encourage all guests dining in to pay at table so as to minimise large queues at counter

  • Dine in guests, when you are ready to pay, let us know and we will present you with your bill and eftpos machine at table

  • Payment by card is encouraged and preferred.  We are surcharge free so no worries there

  • Our restrooms will be locked and available ONLY for Elaia guests and team.  This is to stop neighbourhood randoms from using our facilities and keep you our guests and team safe. 

  • Take away coffee, cakes and food available. Thankyou to guests already using this option.

  • Most of our Menu is available for take away with some meals travelling better than others.  Click clink below for Take Away Food Menu. At this stage only direct phone orders can be taken with over the phone payment.  Pick up only.  Call us on 63 313307. 

    Current Trading Hours will remain the same.  However we will assess daily and let you know in advance of any changes to our opening and closing hours.   Website will be updated of any changes.

In the meantime, Perry, myself and our Team look forward to welcoming you into your favourite neighbourhood local.  Its business as usual but with a new normal.   Elaia and its loyal guests have experienced a lot of challenges over the years and we've managed to get through it together.  This will be a tough one but one we will no doubt get through.
