Forget all your bad ouzo experiences and read how to drink with class and I promise, you will enjoy and appreciate the cultural drink of Greece the true Greek way.
🧊Enjoy a shot on ice or pour into a glass neat and add splash of chilled water
🐙Enjoy with Greek mezzedes such as octopus, squid, saganaki, spanakopita
🌊Relax, sip it slowly and savour every mouthful. If you're drinking our Koumozo Ouzo wait for the release of flavours such as aniseed, cinnamon, cloves and local botanicals.

Ouzerie
An Ouzerie is the definition of a Greek bar or restaurant where you enjoy Ouzo and Greek Food.
Since the launch of Koumozo twelve months ago, I’ve been on a mission to find more ouzo makers that not only share my passion of ouzo but want to create and grow an ouzo community here in Australia. I reached out to quite a few and they all have a fabulous history and story to tell. This inspired me to create an ‘ouzerie’ style culture at Elaia where we stock not only Greek imported ouzo but also Australian made ouzos.
So next time you dine with us at Elaia, we invite you to try some of our locally made ‘ouzo’ the Greek way and I guarantee you’ll enjoy and appreciate the cultural drink of Greece.
