How to Brew a Classic Greek Coffee

1️⃣ Measure – Add one teaspoon of Melvourni coffee per demitasse cup (approx. 75ml). Adjust sugar to taste (no sugar: "sketos", medium: "metrios", sweet: "glykos").
2️⃣ Mix & Heat – Stir coffee, water, and sugar (if desired) in a briki over low heat.
3️⃣ Froth & Serve – Just before it boils over, remove from heat and pour gently into the cup, preserving the creamy froth (kaïmaki).
4️⃣ Enjoy with Tradition – Serve hot with a glass of cold water and a Greek spoon sweet for an authentic touch.
