Elaia Generation 2015 - Chefs & Front of House
In amongst all the buzz and excitement, December is also a sad time for us as we farewell some of our core team who combined have worked over 10 years with us at Elaia.
While it marks the end of an era and a generation, we also welcome the New Year with excitement and anticipation for a new generation of Chefs and Front of House that will take us on another journey of growth and evolution as a business.
